Since 2014, The Game Awards has simultaneously celebrated the past year in gaming while also looking ahead to the future via multiple trailers and game reveals. The 10th anniversary of that first-ever awards show is fast approaching, and with it comes an extra bit of excitement for what’s in store.
This year’s event is scheduled to air on December 12, live once again from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California. The Game Awards and Keighley himself have dropped hints on what’s to come, with game companies across the industry joining in as well.
The Game Awards 2024 Start Time
The official livestream for The Game Awards 2024 kicks off with a 30-minute pre-show at 4:30 PM PT / 7:30 PM ET, followed by the main event at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET. Award winners will be announced from 30 categories across general gaming and esports including Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, and more.
