Your favorite real estate agents are back, SurrealEstate fans!
The scripted horror series about real estate agents who specialize in selling haunted houses returns to SYFY this evening for its third season. Tim Rozon and Sarah Levy return as Luke Roman and Susan Ireland, who closed out Season 2 by merging their paranormal expertise into one agency. Season 3 will, fittingly enough, jump three years into the future and introduce a malevolent demonic entity from Tim’s youth out for some sweet revenge against the living and the dead.
“Considering we’re starting off Season 3 as the Roman-Ireland Agency, you kind of expect all the players to be there but they’re not,” Levy told SYFY WIRE in a recent interview. “And it isn’t just your average agency. You need special people to work at this special agency. Luckily, we’re not without most of them for long.”
Tennille Read (Megan Donovan), Maurice Dean Wint (August Ripley), Adam Korson (Father Phil Orley), Savannah Basley (Zooey L’Enfant), and Joy Tanner (Rochelle Decker) round out the mainmast.

What time is the SurrealEstate Season 3 premiere?
The debut episode of SurrealEstate‘s third season will premiere at 10:00 p.m. ET, with new weekly episodes arriving each Thursday thereafter in the same time slot.
“Season 1 and 2, the big bad — each episode had its own bad in some way that we dealt with in one way or another, but the big bad was a different house, whereas Season 3 is an actual person,” Rozon told TV Insider. “So it was fun to actually do scenes with someone in your face that wants to kill you and is plotting revenge against you. So it was super fun. It raises stakes, that’s for sure. It make it challenging and more fun as an actor, to be honest.”
What is SurrealEstate about?
Created, showrun, and executive-produced by George R. Olson, SurrealEstate centers around a group of individuals (Roman and Ireland chief among them) who make a living by ridding for-sale domiciles of ghostly and demonic squatters.
“There’s a real trope that networks always want just more action, more scares, more this, more that,” creator, showrunner, and executive Olson said in 2021. “SYFY has, from the first day, said we want to feel the characters and we want to see what they’re really like. They really challenged me and my wonderful writers to come up with those moments and those backstories and those quirks, and those irrational things that make people people, and bake them into the scares and the horror.”
Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, Armand Leo, Danishka Esterhazy are executive producers on SurrealEstate alongside Olson.
