To face Nemona in a Special Coach battle, you will first have to complete the base game’s story as well as both The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk story. Not only that, but you need to beat the Academy Ace Tournament at least once. Once you do that, you will unlock the epilogue, which you need to complete as well. After all of that, and hopefully, before hell freezes over, you will be able to initiate this battle by visiting the Loyalty Plaza. Be sure to level up your Pokémon beyond level 90 because her Pokémon will cap at level 86.

This is the first variation of Pokémon that Nemona will summon if you pick Sprigatito at the beginning of the game. One of the Pokémon that will serve you well is Gliscor, which is a Ground/Flying-type, meaning that he is significantly strong against every single one of Nemona’s Pokémon. You can also pick other Flying (Kommo-o, Decidueye, Ribombee, Quaquaval) and Ground-types (Lycanrok, Pawmot) of your choice to tackle Nemona’s Pokémon.

If you chose Quaxly, then you will get this set of Nemona’s Pokémon. There isn’t one Pokémon that can single-handedly take care of every one of these Pokémon based on its type and weaknesses, but if you bring Grimmsnarl, which is a Dark/Fairy type, you can take care of all Pokémon except for Lycanrok. You can pick another Ground Pokémon that will be strong against Lycanrok as well as against Pawmot and Skeledirge.

Finally, if you pick Fuecoco, you get this set of Pokémon to fight. I would start by picking a Flying/Fighting -type like Hawlucha or Flamigo. These will take care of the first three Pokémon as well as Meowscarada. Toedsruel will then exploit both Milotic (Grass) and Pawmot (Ground) weaknesses, just like Dedenne, Sandy Shocks, Exeggutor, Whimsicott, Torterra, or Iron Leaves. Quite a selection, huh?
