How does the Monopoly Origins milestone event work in Monopoly GO?
Monopoly Origins is the first milestone event for the Monopoly Origins album and season.
In milestone events, your aim is to collect as many points as possible, as at certain point thresholds, called milestones, you’ll receive rewards. These rewards get better and better as the milestones progress, but the point requirements get greater and greater!

How to get points in Monopoly Origins in Monopoly GO
To get points in Monopoly Origins, you must land on any of three following tiles:
- Chance Tile = 2 points.
- Community Chest Tile = 3 points.
- Railroad Tile = 5 points.
They may seem pitifully small, but these points get multiplied by your dice multiplier, so rolling high can clear numerous milestones at a time!
Best way to win Monopoly Origins in Monopoly GO
This event is a little more difficult to play strategically than other events, as some strips have all three tile types. My suggestion would be to have your dice multiplier as high as possible as long as one of the target tiles is within five to seven tiles away, as that’s the average dice roll for two 6-sided dice.
How long will Monopoly Origins last in Monopoly GO?
The Monopoly Origins milestone event will end at 8 am PT on January 8, which is almost four full days away from when it started.
