All 20 Shrines in Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time – Shrine locations guide

There are 20 Shrines in the game and they’re scattered all over the continent of Ginormosia. Each Shrine has a challenge that you must undertake. Some are fairly simple–i.e. you can complete these activities early on. Others, meanwhile, require you to improve your character’s lives/classes just to meet the recommended skill level. Here are the types of challenges that you can expect:

  • Combat – Defeat three waves of enemies within the time limit.
  • Gathering – Collect all materials within the time limit.
  • Colored mushrooms – Step on the mushrooms in the correct order. We’ve listed down the sequences that we encountered in our playthrough.
  • Scarecrows – Destroy scarecrows to earn points, but watch out for decoys that decrease your score.
  • Path of Light – You must reach the green plate, but you can only step on each panel once.

Note: Each Shrine challenge you complete nets you a Strangeling, an object that can be turned into a companion if you have Celestia’s Gifts to spare.
